Jim Dunn came to the By “US” company in January 2011 with a stellar background in customer service as well as a proven track record in sales. Jim graduated from Jay High School and immediately went into Law Enforcement where he graduated from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy in Waterville. Leaving that career in 1996, he began a new career in heavy duty truck sales where he met the owner of Blue Bird Ranch / The By US Company (Darren Prout). Jim has owned his own business and knows what it takes to keep customers coming back. He is the duties of Operations Manager for the Bangor division. Jim and his wife have 3 children and live in Newburgh, Maine. When they are not working, the family can be found at the family’s camp in Greenville, Maine.

Supervisors

James Presley
James Presley has worked for the By “US” company over the last few years and has grown into a supervisory position. James holds a commercial master license in grub, pest, and weed control and is a supervisor for landscaping, blueberry harvesting, hydro-seeding, snow-plowing, and heavy equipment.

Shawn Sullivan
Shawn Sullivan has over a decade of work experience at the By “Us” Company. He still enjoys running the excavator and the challenge of pulling up the largest and most cumbersome rocks from residential jobs to blueberry farming. Shawn loves when a customer thinks a boulder can’t be moved, because from his experience, he hasn’t met a rock that would not budge under his expert finessing.

David Emery
David Emery has been with the By “US” company over 4 years and loves to mow, prune, prepare firewood, and run equipment. David is happy to be a landscaping and snow plowing supervisor.
